Due to increased requests for shorter stays, we are now offering daily rates ( with reduced rates on Monday to Thursday). Weekly stays starting on a Monday can still be booked at 10% off the daily rates
Rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 8 persons. In some situations we can provide an option to add one or two extra beds at a cost of $350 per person per week/stay.
Also optionally available for groups too large for one apartment is a bunk room with en suite bathroom, over the garage that sleeps up to 4 extra guests (this can only be rented together with an apartment) for an additional $2,150 per week/stay

Rental Notes

Minimum let is typically 4 nights
Ski season is 1st June to 30th June and 7th September to 15th October
Peak ski season is from the 1st July to 6th September
During Peak Ski season - with increasingly onerous weekend road restrictions - we strongly recomend booking full weeks from Monday to Monday
Summer season is December, January, February and March,
Low season is late October, November, April and May (NOTE: In very good snow years, ski season can extend into late October or start in late May)
Lets of over 4 weeks are subject to a 20% discount

Booking Conditions

A 50% deposit of total rental is required to confirm a booking
Balance of rent is due no less than 60 days prior to occupancy date.

Cancellations

More than 2 months before occupancy date - Full refund.
Less than 2 months before occupancy date - 50% of booking deposit will be refunded in the event that the period can be re-let after a cancellation
No refund will be made if space booked cannot be re-let

Check In / Out Times

Officially, there is a 16.00 (4pm) check in time and 10am check out time.
This is required in order to give us sufficient time to clean and prepare the unit for the next guests arrival.
In practice (though this varies with the details of the previous and next bookings) we will try to extend these times - or at least try to set aside some space - without charge - for a few extra hours.
