Casa Farellones is ideal for exclusive use by those seeking a private retreat or family celebration. Casa Farellones can be rented at the following rental Rates in US Dollars

- ski season is June 4th to July 8th and September 22nd to October 15th, 2010

- peak ski season is from July 9th to September 21st, 2010

- summer season is December, January, February and March,

- low season is late October, November, April and May
    NOTE - (in very good snow years, ski season can extend into late October or start in late May)

- Minimum let is typically one week

- lets of over 4 weeks subject to 15% discount

- If availability still exists weekends can be booked from the Wednesday preceding the weekend
weekend rate is 50% week for 2 nights and 65% for 3 nights

Booking conditions

A 50% deposit of total rental is required to confirm a booking
Balance of rent is due no less than 30 days prior to occupancy date.

Cancellation

More than 3 months before occupancy date - Fulll refund.
Less than 3 months before occupancy date - 50% of booking deposit will be refunded in the event that the period can be re-let after a cancellation
No refund will be made if space booked cannot be re-let
